Today's favorite word is "distract".

'Distraction' means "turning your attention away from something you want to focus on"

Your smartphone drives you to a smart game, 'Ka-talk' or something else in your smartphone, even though you need to work as wall as walk. 

As I said, a distraction is something that turns your attention away from something you want to concentrate on.

If you say that something or someone drives you to distraction, you are emphasizing that they annoy you a great deal.

If something distracts you or your attention from something, it takes your attention away from it.

you can call it distraction.

A distraction doesn't pull you away from your primary goal, but it reveals your true desires.
