      I wait for another delayed flight inside the sweltering terminal of V. C. Bird International Airport.

      V.C. 버드 국제공항의 찌는 듯한 터미널안에서 나는 연착된 또다른 비행기를 기다렸다.

      I'm not the least bit annoyed or anxious.

      나는 조금도 짜증이 나거나 걱정이 되지 않았다.

  = 조금도 ~ 않다. 전혀 ~ 않다.

● 저의 커피에 우유를 아주 조금만 넣어주세요.

      I suppose we'll grow accustomed to a better life.

      나는 우리가 더 나은 삶에 익숙해질 것이라고 생각한다.

      I find it difficult to fathom that we have made it this far. I marvel at our luck

      나는 지금까지 우리가 이룬 것을 헤아리는 것은 어렵다는 걸 깨달았다. 나는 우리의 행운에 대해 경이로워했다.

      I have one final, nagging doubt that this could be a setup.

      나는 이것은 계획된 것일수 있다는 계속되는  한가지의 마지막 의심을 가지고 있다.

      I could be walking into a trap, with these boys ready to spring an indictment, a warrant, an extradition order, and whatever else it might take to drag me back to jail.

      나는 갑자기 기소, 영장,  범죄인본국소환명령을 갑자기 내밀 준비를 한 요원들이나 그밖에 나를 감옥으로 다시 끌고갈 무엇인가로 꾸며진 함정으로 걸어들어가는 것일수도 있다.

      Being lawyers, they are required to haggle for a bit, but eventually come to terms.

      변호사들이란, 잠시동안 흥정을 하고 결국엔 합의에 이르도록 요구받는다.

      Somewhat of an overreaction, don't you think?

      좀 오버라고 생각치 않아?

      That might be easy for you to say.

      당신은 쉽게 그렇게 이야기할 수 도 있다.

      For some strange reason, I'm a bit hesitant to subject myself to your jurisdiction again. 

     여러가지 묘한 이유로, 또다시 내 자신에게 당신들의 사법권력을 겪게만드는것은 좀 마음내키지 않는다.

      Nattie was an accomplished petty thief and in his teenage years drifted into the world of meth.

     네티는 숙련된 좀도둑이었다. 그리고 10대때에 마약의 세상에 빠져들었다.

Meth

  = 마약(특히, 필로폰)을 의미하는 슬랭. 

     필로폰 제조에 필요한 여러가지 화학물질들의 배합방법이 복잡한 수학공식과 같다고해서 Meth(수학)이란 단어가 슬랭언어로는 마약 필로폰을 가리킴.

     He jumped at the chance to earn more.

     그는 돈 벌이가 더 좋은 기회에 뛰어들었다. (기회를 잡았다.)

     Convinced they were onto something, the brothers returned to the cabin.

     그들은 무엇인가를 발견할 것 같은 확신이 들자, 그들은 다시 오두막으로 되돌아갔다.

     After dark, he turned on the generator and puttered around the cabin until ten. 

     어두워 지자, 그는 발전기를 켜고 10시까지 오두막에서 빈둥거렸다.

     They were determined to follow through.

     그들은  이미 시작한 일을 끝까지 끝내기로 결심하였다. 

---

     He might make this easy for you.

     그는 당신을 위해 이것을 쉽도록 해드릴거에요.

Make it easy for someone to do something

● Let me make it easy for you to understand.

  당신이 이해하기 쉽도록 해드릴게요.

     You won't have to bother with a trial.

     당신은 재판에 대해 걱정할 필요가 없습니다.

Won't have to

= ~할 필요가 없다. 

bother with 

=  걱정하다.
